Job Responsibilities

Implementation:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and customize software configurations to meet their requirements.
  • Assist in the setup and deployment of our software solutions, ensuring smooth onboarding for new clients.
  • Deliver comprehensive product training to clients, both onsite and remotely.

Support:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely and effective resolutions to issues.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems related to our software and coordinate with the development team when needed.
  • Document client issues and feedback to help improve our software and support processes.

Customer Success:

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure they fully utilize the software’s capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or suggest additional features and modules.

Internal Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales, development, and product teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Contribute to the creation of user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
Key Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years in a software support, customer success, or implementation role.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge working with MS Office or Google Workspace. Familiarity with any web-based SaaS products and MySQL is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [preferred languages, e.g., English and Greek].
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Education: A degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred
